CCNP training in the Philippines validates an individual’s knowledge of advanced routing and switching protocols. It also enhances the professional’s ability to design, implement, and troubleshoot wide-area and local enterprise networks. Aside from testing these skills, CCNP certification exams are also designed to assess how well one can collaborate with others who specialize in voice, video, security, and wireless solutions.
To help professionals stay ahead of the ever-changing challenges of managing networks, Cisco is releasing a new certification exam on February 24, 2020. Called the CCNP Enterprise Certification, this new program will replace the current CCNP Routing and Switching Certification test.
CCNP Enterprise Certification
This coming February, the new CCNP Enterprise certification will go live to replace the present CCNP Routing and Switching certification. New training will begin over the following months.
The upcoming CCNP certification in the Philippines proves an individual’s skills when it comes to working with enterprise networking solutions. To earn a CCNP Enterprise certificate, applicants must pass two exams.
The first test covers core enterprise technologies, while the second is an enterprise concentration exam. For the second exam, applicants can select from several concentration tests, allowing them to align their technical specialization with their certification.
Unlike the current CCNP certification, the CCNP Enterprise certification program will help professionals scale their networking infrastructure. It includes sections on programmability and automation. Better yet, every single exam in the CCNP Enterprise will bestow a Specialist certification to successful takers to recognize their achievements.
In general, candidates for the CCNP Enterprise certification must have up to five years of experience working with enterprise networking solutions. The core exam for the CCNP enterprise is also considered a qualifying exam for CCIE Enterprise Wireless and CCIE Enterprise Infrastructure. This makes the program critical for anyone interested in applying for these certifications.
The CCNP Enterprise certification requires applicants to pass both a core exam and a concentration exam. Here’s an overview of their coverage:
- Core exam
This test concentrates on enterprise infrastructure and covers virtualization, dual-stack IPV4 and IPv6 architecture, security, network assurance, and automation.
350-401 ENCOR – Implementing and Operating Cisco Enterprise Network Core Technologies
- Concentration exams
These tests concentrate on industry-specific, emerging topics such as SD-WAN, network design, automation, and wireless. They are:
300-410 ENARSI – Implementing Cisco Enterprise Advanced Routing Services
300-415-ENSDWI – Implementing Cisco SD-WAN Solutions
300-420 ENSLD – Designing Cisco Enterprise Networks
300-425 ENWLSD – Designing Cisco Enterprise Wireless Networks
300-430 ENWLSI – Implementing Cisco Enterprise Wireless Networks
300-435 ENAUTO – Implementing Automation for Cisco Enterprise Solutions
To prepare for this part, individuals can take corresponding programs at a Cisco training center in the Philippines.

Migrating to the CCNP Enterprise Program
In general, the new CCNP Enterprise certification replaces not just the CCNP Routing and Switching certification, but also the CCDP and CCNP Wireless Certifications.
Those who’ve already begun their CCNP training in the Philippines are encouraged to continue. Credits received under the present certifications will be counted in the new one.
For instance, those who pass their CCNP Routing and Switching, CCDP, and CCNP Wireless certifications before February 24, 2020 will receive credit towards the new certification. They’ll also get badging for the corresponding new CCNP Enterprise exams.
Completing any of the above certifications before the new one goes live will give individuals both CCNP Enterprise badging and certification for wireless, advanced routing, enterprise core technologies, and other corresponding technologies.
